That's what I thought too. However, I wasn't sure if you can issue shares and just make them disappear. If TSIG.com issued the shares at $.35, for example, would they have to buy them back at whatever the share price was at the time of the PP to make them "disappear" from the float?

That is my asumption by inference.

That's why we have 90,000,000 shares issued and not one of us knew about it until today.

That's what's happened along. Assumption, assumption, ass...

I feel like one and anyone that says they feel great is not facing the reality of an almost 60% dilution at this point in time.

Mski, you keep that peach basket handy. I think you'll get more than you bargained for. No tit for tat, you're doing what you have to do.
