Interesting theory there. I agree with your second paragraph. In fact, we may not stop at the 200 day. That of course fits in with my THDMAPFP indicator.

I hadn't thought about the splits. I usually pay no attention to splits, as they are actually meaningless. Lately though, splits have seemed to generate interest in stocks. To me, this is a sign of ignorance in the market. Experienced traders and investors know that splits are unimportant. In a normal market, they are often viewed as a bad sign, because the company is desiring to distribute shares to the public by lowering the price.

The fact that splits are being viewed as bullish now, is just another sign of rampant participation by an ignorant populace.
