Howdy BB...From my standpoint,I'm really glad to see that something at least is being done.This is really good news to me,even if it is less than the ideal situation of getting the ellenburger at this time.It's been such a long time since we had any news and I think this will help our cause greatly.It at least speaks of some action which is good and makes good sense. From what I understand,there has been some decent production from both of these formations which are to be tested,particularly the Atoka,which could actually do quite well. What is also good about it is that if they are commercial,all of the surface equip.and pipelining will be installed. It is not a problem to do a well kill later on of these zones and whipstock or whatever they choose to do to get back down to the ellenburger, after litigation is settled using this same wellbore. Maybe I'm alone on this view,but I see it as good and welcome news. ...LP
