Sword, I'm sorry man, but you have become delusional. I have not seen one bit of fact in anything you have said. You paniced out. Plain and simple. Tonight, I will sleep nicely, holding every last share I have accumulated. You on the other hand will toss and turn, wondering if your panic sell was the right move. Sword, you wouldn't know a fact if it came up and slapped you upside your head. The shares apportioned for the private placement have not been registered. The convertible securities covering the shares have not been registered. Your opinion is not based upon facts; it is based upon something that you believe to be true, something along the lines of "...no, it's not sex, it's..." Your opinion is just that, your opinion. Please don't try to pass it off as "being based upon facts." The only fact is, is that you picked up on another poster's information and completely blew his post out of proportion. Alright Mr Facts! I do happen to know of investors who have reduced their holdings over the last month or so. It was done deliberately in a slow manner to not cause the stock to falter. They did not do it in the manner of yourself as a panic seller which causes a reaction in the stock. Those were the periodic size of sells placed by them. More of the investors will also do the same thing as the stock continues to mature. Your facts are based on your opinion. Until your facts are proven then it will be your opinion. I suggest you do the research to support your opinion. If your opinion is then supported by facts then it will no longer be an opinion. At this point in time my opinion may be stronger than your opinion.
