The question: How can anyone sell unregistered shares? Please think this through very carefully, because you have made some very blatant accusations. You claim you are basing it on fact. Prove it. The news of the day....90,000,000 shares outstanding out of 100,000,000 authorized. Get a grip on your self, Sword. Are you upset with yourself for not reading all of the 10K? PP was favorable. A Judge I once clerked for used to say to counsel, "raisng the volume of your voice does not increase my ability to understand your argument".
