*AV*-- Sorry for the delay. By now you will have seen that the SFAM_IPEC merger was effective as of Friday. That is, blessed by the SEC. Now we have the respective votes by both companies.

I think I see the IPEC discount to SFAM eroding from over 7% to less than 4% recently. I would expect them to reach parity over the next few days and for the merger to go through.

Once the boys on the street realize how critical CMP is to advanced technology, I am sure you will see a run on the stocks. It is a matter of exposure. Since Wall Street does not have too many technical people that understand process and enabling technoligies, they have become blind to those stocks that will be the front runner in the upcoming recovery IF this recovery is to the advanced technology manufacturing of new devices.

PS - ASYT is part of a group of stocks we discussed in RadarView. As a result of what we spoke of, anyone would have benefited by playing the trifecta of stocks we pointed out. I am still expecting 2 announcements of new first time customers from the SouthWest. I am beginning to wonder if they will occur but based on conversations I have had as a reference for this technology, I would assume they will move forward.

DSP and ANAD were both extremely profitable for us and more than covered a lifetime subscription to the newsletter. As a matter fo fact, we are getting close to rifing those winners yet again. XYLN was a helluva deal for all involved. Thanks for the plug and of course, thanks for your support. I know that you as well as others have no regrets about putting up with the RadarView Diatribes and paying the fee since you have more than made up the cost with huge profits.

As a matter of fact, as you are aware, we were done with our selling and profit taking well in advance of the recent downturn and we were bargain hunting prior to last week's run up.<GGG>
