I know, they serve a useful purpose as a distribution outlet, but add no value to the billing process beyond that.

I was trying to be diplomatic. Obviously INTU is upset about their role (or lack of it) and are reacting out of envy/ego IMO.

And what business objective is achieved if they are successful with an injunction? Driving the business to a competitor?
