Who's hanging in to find out? I got the GCR NR in my in basket, It was the first sign of hope in many weeks. I say "go for it".

Has anyone else been told of a dollar figure on this lawsuit?

I heard $500 million. I had no reason to believe it at that time but so far, the lawsuit part has materialized.

ps. to DD - look at the bright side...we save ourselves the embarassment of making pitiful investment decisions for however long this takes.
