LC is a letter of Credit given a manufacturer a guarantee to pay the amount from your bank. The bank is like the judge if the goods get done and shipped the bank pays. No haggles Back to this WIP stuff....Guys THQ does not sit and package this stuff. The games are shipped to a packaging service. There they have all the boxes,plastic cases,inserts. At that point they are assembled and then shipped to THQ or Thq distributors. I don't understand where this WIP issue is a factor at all.
