Hi,
Have you checked out the FAQ at browsemaster.com ?

If you've checked that out and are still having problems:
1) Make sure you are keeping the BrowseMaster application running in the background when you try your request

2) Make sure your browser is not configured to use a proxy server.

One of these things should do the trick.
