Thanks for your input too, Dave. I had been wondering if you were still watching this stock. Glad to know that you still are.

I've never spoken to Dave Taylor, but from my point of view, even though the convertible debentures just killed the stock price, if it brought the kind of financing in that was needed in order to process large orders, then maybe, as Jon Siegal stated previously, maybe it was what was needed to be done.

I admit to being puzzled by that news release about a year ago when they stated they expected to sell so many tents in 1998. I wondered at the time how in the heck they could sell them when the production facilities weren't ready yet. 1999 seems much more likely.

Hopefully Jon Siegal will respond on here as to his perceptions of the management at QTNT. I'd like to hear his point of view.

Thanks again, Dave, for your input.

Juanita

Dave-you bring up some valid concerns. If true, then Taylor needs to learn from his experiences and his behaviors. If I find out I'm being lied to about anything of substance or value I will be gone. And so will many of my group who have taken a recent position in QTNT.That you can take to the bank,Dave. Now that being said,I watched this stock from afar last year and I know expectations got way ahead of reality for many traders who were hoping to make a quick killing.I remember watching a lot of that as well.Quality mngmt. is very important, your right.Other than the obvious,Dave, what will it take for you to buy again?Let me know your thoughts.

Happy Returns-
