Daniel, One reason that Dell manages inventory turns so well is that they deal mostly with corporations now. The new stuff they are selling will be going mostly to individuals. Different, much less predictable game, and one where you can't run a receivables scam to make your inventory turns look better. After all, if they ship a bunch of product early to Boeing, they have confidence they will be paid some amount some day. If they ship it to me, they can go pound sand for the money. <g> MB
