RE: Liviakis Promotions

I do not have a list but he is promoting WEBB.

Message 8134345

I shorted WEBB without knowing he was promoting it. Yesterday he put out a contract announcement that seemed very positive for WEBB and the stock went crazy both up and down right after the announcement.

I have not yet decided whether to cover or not for a very small profit. I expect it will get a lot of "pumping" over the short term.

In looking over the contract announcement however, and reading it slowly, it does not seem to be as positive as I first thought. WEBB will be the systems integrator to install SW from another company in 'potentially" a large number of Credit Unions across the country.

The potential holes I see in the Press Release are:

1. Project value "projects" to be worth $25M over its 5 year term. The implication is that this is going to WEBB but I will bet that this includes the SW (owned by another company) and the installations done by WEBB By the way, WEBB lost over $6M the past 12 months so I do not think this will make them profitable.

2. I expect that setting this system up will take a lot of people power as opposed to a "cookie cutter" type of operation thus it will cost WEBB a lot of $ to implement. I expect that they would earn some profits on the deal but still lose money as a company as they most likely need to hire a bunch of people to get this done.

3. WEBB is the symbol name, the company name is Online System Services. Hmmm, I wonder why they came up with a name like WEBB as the symbol. Surely not to confuse anyone. <G>

Read the press release and give me your opinion. The press release can be found at: biz.yahoo.com

I just found another press release as well. Lots of promotions!
