Thanx for the timely response.... I intend to play the IPO, but was concerned about the lack of detail in the filing (admittedly, this is the first backdoor IPO I've played, but I know NAVR has demostrated less then forthright info dissemination). NAVR said they would release the details as registration completed (I assume that means approval by SEC) which has no approximate time frame. Now that there is no silent period, do you suspect that NAVR IR (those caring souls) will give speculations via phone calls or news releases? I feel as if nothing has really changed on the bench, except the feeling that we all were asleep at the wheel. 18 1/8....shez! Give me a break.... Zen, converting to Bezerker mode
