Where is TAVA on the MANGAN deal, its now early March and deal was to be concluded by the end of FEB. It certainly is taking longer then everyone thought.

WR: PR Newswire and BusinessWire charge a fee to carry a company's press release. They send it to newspapers and news services all over. Whether or not an editor or reporter chooses to follow up on the press release becomes a local decision. Dow Jones employs a staff of reporters. Dow Jones will choose a very few companies each day, based on stock price action, to assign reporters to to do a few phone calls and interviews. For the great majority, they run headlines, which is why the wording of the original press release is crucial. It needs to help the headline writers formulate the headline that will appear on DJN. But if the original press release does not cause significant price action, there is little chance that DJ will do more than a headline on its newswire.
