Management turned over recently. Many higher end executives and management went to other companies or started their own in the past several years due to the disenchantment of the past management and ineptness of the BOD. Company was also too focused on making their acquisition of Wordperfect too mainstream and not updating the NOVL products the company was known for as they lost some business and MSFT was coming full steam with their own software applicable to a larger population (Windows). The key here is Dr. Schmidt coming from SUNW and bringing with him a new energy and is regarded as one of the founding fathers of Java based.. Jane
