Marty, A Top Notch Professional Investor's Relations Department (In-House) at TSIG where shareholders can call and receive information about TSIG would avoid problems like the one that occurred today. This thread should NOT be the Investor' Relation Department for TSIG. A separate phone with an operator at TSIG answering a call from a shareholder would say; TSIG Investor's Relation Department, How may I help you? Any question would be answered by the well informed, highly trained, informed member of the TSIG team! In-House communication between TSIG staff would also help solve misunderstanding of conflicting information given out by different TSIG personnel. One person in TSIG should be dealing with shareholder questions. Each person has a different slant on answering questions. Assign a person to that position and give them the authority of that position. Best, Ed
