>>may be what is said on the Register is true.<< Gary, OK, but one, this guy's article is based on a lecture he heard YESTERDAY from the Product Line Director (who I would assume is in a position to KNOW). Wouldn't this tend to freshen up the picture? Two, notwithstanding the guy is a freshman, he seems to have quite a handle on the whole scheme of things. I thought maybe his sense of a time-frame might have some validity. What are the main stumbling blocks in getting a chipset to production? Thanks for your comments, wily
