You have been one of the ring leaders, splashing your "DD" on this thread. Do you want us to believe you weren't aware of these numbers?
If that is the case, I can't say much for your info, and it brings into question the quality of the DD you've provided,IMO..DD (later...I'll zip the door closed on the tent on my way out, don't want to let any smoke out<lol>)
PS: Kudo's to "My Opinion", he understands what DD means..Unlike a few, he's probably even read the filings.........

WOW ! Just read all the posts on the shares outstanding issue.
Bottom line is -- do we believe in TSIG.com long term, and do we believe they can make money? Many other companies have more shares o/s and larger floats -- no earnings -- and higher share price. Why? Investors who know what they are buying -- are investing in the future!

The question is NOT whether we believe the price will go from .50 to .30 or .50 to .60 over the next few weeks or months.

Those with short term vision will not make real money on their investment in TSIG.com!
Right and Tight!
M

Questions:

Let's all work together and answer the following questions so that we can put this issue to rest.

1) When will we see the PP formula? Will the public get to see it before or after the conversion?

2) Besides the 24,000,000 shares in the escrow, why were the additional 9 million shares issued? I'm sure it was for a good reason (to pay Cohesive, new employees?)but I would still like to know.

3) Does TSIG.com anticipate issuing more shares in the future? If so, for what reasons.

4) What is the current float of TSIG?

5) Why do we not see a one-time 24,000,000 rise is the outstanding shares per Sam's post?

I'll let the thread know if I find the answers to any of these. I'll try by e-mail first.
