Quarterdeck was a pumped and dumped stock last year. They took QDEK from $1.50 to about $3.00 in one day. The stock traded 30 million shares that day. QDKE's float was about 60 million shares, twice our float.

The pump and dumpers definitely can do that to us if they want to. In fact, I think they have already done it at least once from $8.00 to $14.00.
