Unfortunately the bandwidth of this thread is being wasted on worthless banter again .... I am surprised that there hasnt been any discussion about the combination of the Enterprise LOB and the Bay Lob ... this is the next step towards a unified voice data Line Of Business. This is a significant step that will allow us to more effectively address the convergence. We are easily 12 months ahead of the competition (LU) ... and in fact more significantly ahead of crisco ... CSCO will have no choice but to to a major aquisition in the near future in order to enter this market. Their past strategy of small aquisitions will do nothing to help them enter the world of the big-boys.... Companies will not trust their critical phone systems to a company such as crisco with out a shred of experience in providing quality, fault tolerant, stable, mission critical, 99.9999% up-time telecommunications equipment...
