a.m. fisher,

Why are you here? A lot of us here have done a lot of DD on this company and find that you are wrong in your opinions about MRPS.

Why do you think that anyone would listen to you with the approach that you have taken. Victor is well respected on this board, which makes me believe you have not educated yourself enough to talk about something you know nothing about.

What are your intentions to get the price to drop? Is this your profession?

this is a company with a low float stock that is repeating and embellishing old but exciting news regarding technology that they own but did not invent

a.m.,

I am a bit confused about a couple of your contentions. None of the recent PR's from MRPS are repeated information:

has entered into a contract to supply Ultrasound diagnostic equipment to all of the 6553 Ford Motor Co. automotive dealers in the US and Canada.

has delivered 22 of its 111R CK diagnostic systems to the first of the 64 GM plants covered under the blanket purchase order with General Motors.

entered into a contractual agreement with F&M MAFCO Inc. as a flagship distributor of the Ultraphonics 111RCK Ultrasound diagnostic system.

received a purchase order from SPX Lowener OTC Tool GMBH in Langemfeld, Germany.

received a purchase order from SPX Lowener OTC Tool GMBH in Langemfeld, Germany.

to supply ultrasound equipment and technical support to the NASCAR Winston Cup Series, NASCAR Busch Series, and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.

I may be wrong, but each of these news releases previously undisclosed information about a new contract (or, in one case, a distribution agreement).

Also, your description of the MRPS press releases as "embelishing" seems off base. The PR's average slightly over 200 words (extremely succinct given the huge, fluff-filled press releases of many inet companies).

Finally, you point out that MRPS owns the technology but did not invent it. That sounds to me like a positive. What difference does it make who invented a technology, it's who owns the technology that matters.

All that said. This thread scared me out of MRPS yesterday when they started counting the number of shares held by SI members and then they tried to get MRPS on the SI "Hot" list (as though that improves the fundamentals of a company.) Yesterday's discussion on SI reminded me too much of a bad experience I had with Financial Intranets (FNTN). The discussion on this thread is eerily similar to the discussion on that thread six months ago.

Good luck,

Kevin

a.m.,
Re your post 1909, you can call me anything you want to call me, sir. I am puzzled by your question of, "If you don't know much about the company, why do you say the things that you do?" Have I said something that offends you? If I have, I apologize.
Like you, I like facts not hype. Is your statement that, "And the facts are that this is a company with a low float stock that is repeating and embellishing old but exciting news regarding technology that they own but did not invent (did anyone ask Myles what CTRL Systems is yet?)" really a "fact" or could it be your "opinion"?
I really do appreciate your admonition that, "Those who invest, do so at your own risk." Perhaps I may be mistaken, but is the name of this web site the Silicon INVESTOR?
Is the overall message in your post trying to tell me that I am not investing in a phony stock? If so, I would appreciate your telling me and perhaps other interested people who post on this thread, just what your "facts" are. I don't want to waste my money any more than the next person. If this is a hype, then please tell me exactly and precisely why it is.
Thank you for your advice. I will be looking forward to hearing just what the facts really are.
