When I check AOL for DCTC News, 3/2/1999 STOCK SWAP NEWS is on it but 2/24/1999 CLEC in SPAIN news is not there. but when I check 3/2/1999 news, 3/02/1999 18:53pm NEWS from Reuters did mentioned the CLEC in SPAIN, it starts : "Global telecmmunication provider DCI TELECOMMUNICATION INC. said.. ..........." sounds good! Joe Murphy is not waiting, He is working very hard. Edge is not waiting, it has been generate Revenue everyday! We are waiting for Big News, Patience and Patience! Stronger than ever. GO DCTC!

Hello Wisdom, As to the QP, I personally don't care as there is only one QP reason that really hops me up and that is for the sale of the company. At this level of development, I really don't want the company sold as it could not approach anything near what I consider fair value while trading at 2.34, not having financing and not yet having full switch deployment. After the financing is done and the early switches are installed and generating revs, maybe we can sell this company but actually, I'd really like to see a 50--100mil financing package put together so we can install 25 switches.....now let's talk about what this company is worth<GGGGGG>. I'll just keep waiting for now and see what develops......take care.. Lou
