Yes, Boca stocks very scary indeed. When I moved from New York to Florida about five years ago, I thought I was getting away from the scamsters (I was in estate planning, now in corporate relations). Boy! Was I wrong. There are more crooks here in Florida per capita than New York. I would beware of any BB, OTC, and small NASDAQ stocks coming from SE Florida, especially if they are underwritten and hyped by the small brokerages from the same cities. It seems like they all are boiler room operations with offices in Hauppage, NY and Boca Raton, FL! Buyer beware.
