VERY interesting sidebar. Lehman never UPGRADED from $15, apparently. They have maintained this target even when the stock was at $42.

I think the time on that downgrade was 7:46 a.m., before the Checkfree press on the suit. So basically he downgraded on the intuit suit, or it's just a coincidence.

If NEUTRAL is a rating for a stock that will drop from 40 to 15, then I don't think I'd be in the market if he thinks the market is "Perform". This guy is on drugs.
