Dan,
Re your post 1914, I could not agree with you more about a couple of items.
1. I agree that the reverse merger requires a certain level of sophistication. My question is though, was the reverse merger associated with MRPS or another company? Also, was it something in which Mr. Gayle was involved or was it before his time?
2. I would also like to know why the company did not comply with SEC rules and regulations for filing for NASDAQ listing. Maybe that was not the business planned at the time. Perhaps it was an oversight. I don't know.
3. At this time I am curious about what happened with regard to the former PR firm. If I were the CEO, I am not sure that I would spent my time with PR until and unless I were ready to "go public". Why would I go public? To raise more funds, and perhaps cash in on stock options. Otherwise I would look to debt financing, if my financials were strong enough. I would do whatever I could to obtain the cash flow necessary to ramp up my production to meet new orders.
4. I agree with you that Friday, next Monday, next week, or very soon I would like to know more about their plans and financing. On the other hand, if I were Mr. Gayle and were using my very limited time wisely, I would not be paying a lot of attention to stockholders during the short term. I would be keeping my nose to the grindstone and solidifying firm sales commitments, making sure that my production could meet my sales, and paying attention to my accounting and administrative systems necessary to run a much larger company.
I would just absolutely love to run this company.
Boy oh boy would I love to be the CEO of this outfit, if the patents are in place and I am protecting my flanks from competition.
