(OTC BB:PEAR - news) announced that its new ZOS Petrochemicals Industries Corp. subsidiary, has signed an exclusive Canadian distribution agreement and a contract to act as exclusive agent in the United States with Formosa Chemicals & Fibre Corporation (FCFC) of Taipei, Taiwan. FCFC is a division of Formosa Plastics Group, a multi-billion dollar international company, that is the number one manufacturer and supplier of PVC plastics in the world, with its own crude oil refinery and Naphtha Cracking plant. FCFC has licensed ZOS Petrochemicals Industries Corp. (http://www.zospetrochemicals.com) to supply North American markets with ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) resins for use in multiple industries and thousands of product applications.
