here's the DLJ report: RATING: Buy Change: None 12-Mo. Target: $160

IMPORTANT POINTS

1. DoubleClick announced yesterday that its recently-launched DART for Advertisers Program has captured 15 high-profile clients, including Dell Computer Corp.

2. The DART for Advertisers Program is part of DCLK's Closed Loop Marketing Solution launched in October, and enables advertisers to control the delivery of their ad campaigns using DCLK's DART ad serving technology, measure and analyze their long term results, and close the loop between advertising and sales.

3. We view this technology as critical to exploiting the powerful targeting capabilities afforded by the Web, as it brings this power directly into the hands of advertisers. As the provider of direct selling capabilities, Doubleclick benefits on all sides with its solutions for both publishers and advertisers.

4. Reiterate Buy Rating. DoubleClick is a pure proxy for Internet advertising, and is executing on all fronts.

Doug, I join others in thanking you for the informational post about the DLJ target. I don't subscribe to Bloomberg and, like others, didn't see that news on any of my news "flags". I can't thank you for being in DCLK, though. Been in for some time, making money and watching it very closely. To what extent do people believe we are a tulip? Let's face it, if the net sector takes a dive, we'll go down with it.
Later.
Sueponine.
