SO: We all have our own methods of analysis. And I would never tell you or anyone else that my way was either better or a more profitable way to analyze data.

Don't get the old feathers in a ruffle...<g> You did proper you opinion on this thread to defer to the end of week or Friday's close as opposed to looking at the daily charts. So, one offering a difference in opinion should be ok, right?

By the way my daily data goes back nine years (limited by a data CD update) and on the Dow Indices back to early 87. Of course, the plot muddies if you try and look at all that data at once and that is when I defer to the weekly chart.

All price action contained in the monthly or weekly charts is contained in the daily or even in the intraday charts. Each longer time frame is indeed built on the shortest.

Let's just say if one is going to proper an opinion of the "end of week" look as better, one should not be offended if one gets an opposing view.
