It looks like IBM made a good sale today to DELL.

As for DELL, sure it gets technology and partnerships that will help it grow, and good luck to it. But what's so special? As a non-techie my big question is how is DELL going to control its costs, relative to its own past record, and relative to a competitor like CPQ, if DELL is so beholden to IBM for technology, chips and R&D.

john..If you want to quote me try to use cut and paste if you know how. That way you would at least get it right. So you don't think this deal is a departure from Dell's business model? Sure looks like it to me.
