Dear MIke Block, this posting from Tom doesn't line up with our conversation. Want to post the facts here for us AND would like to hear more about this reverse split project.

Tom, not here to bash people but need to take a little better notes. As to the Facts as I have been told by IR are the following: The current outstanding shares are approx. 59 million shares The float is 18.3 million shares. The Reverse Split has been discussed but that is about it. I know ya want to see this at .02 cents but play it right
