Noon may be a good time to get short. <<<<<< I just checked the NEW HIGHs and NEW LOWs, and the NEW LOWS still are double the NEW HIGHs although it is still early and the NEW LOWs are significantly below yesterdays numbers. Also the RUT is us up 2.2 or .56% while the DOW is up 1.44%. This rally aint broad based. Seeya
