Dude, MD justed launched his own 1 Billion Dollar VC...I'd say that takes a little cash...Gates, Allen did this years ago (and having been cashing out for years)..yeah, Microsoft's stock has done terrible in the last few years...

There are some good bear arguments against Dell...Michael Dell selling a small% of his shares is not one of them...This just makes you guys look like s$#*-slingers, but I guess that is part of what you guys do (doesn't matter if there is any truth, as long as the stock goes down)...

Mike: actually, MD can only sell that much according to SEC rule. Otherwise, I bet he would have unload much more of his overvalued stocks. MD knows best, after all.
