I saw LEVL down but don't know why. I was watching BRCM too, that break below 56 yesterday was not good. Looks like it should be a good short.

secondary offering is the reason for LEVL's down move today (I heard it on CNBC).

Level One Communications (LEVL) 28 7/8 -3 1/2: Adams Harkness downgrades designer and developer of integrated circuit products from "strong buy" to "accumulate" as hub business is being cannibalized by switch business; company has greater exposure to the hub market than the switch market; also believes that book-to-bill for June quarter will now be below 1.1, probably closer to 1.05; lowers FY99 EPS estimate from $1.26 to $1.20 and FY00 EPS from $1.59 to $1.52 a share.....
