Just something else you should be aware of, if you have a debit balance, the account must be transfered via ACAT as only fully paid securities can be transferred via DTC. Also, you cannot transfer short positions becaase the present firm has the locate and the locate will not transfer An ACAT will transfer the whole account, unless there is a short position, then the ACAt will not work either.

Steve,
I'm a new Yamner customer, and I have to say, you guys are great. I've got a question for you about a trade I tried to make this morning. I called at 8:15 this a.m. and placed an order to short BFLY @ 15 1/2 or better w/ 1/8 discretion. About 5 minutes later I got a call back from Yamner telling me that BFLY was pre-market trading at 18. They were concerned about me being on the wrong side on an internet trade (which I really appreciate the concern for me and my account). With that knowledge, I changed my order to 16 or better. We all know the stock didn't get higher than 15 3/8 this morning, so I missed out. My question is this. In pre-market activity there were lots of trades at or above my price of 16. In order for an order to be filled pre-market, do I need to request it when the trade is placed? Does Yamner do pre-market trades? Will your desk fill orders in pre-market activity without me having to request it?

Please do not misread these questions. I'm sorry I changed my order and missed out, but I know Yamner was sincerely concerned for my account. I know that there will be other opportunities.

Thanks in advance for your response.
