Fred: What? the first 28,000 shares traded mostly at 7 1/4. At the time of your post, there was another group of 15,000 that came in low, around 7 or 7 1/16, for a current total of 43,000 shares as of 11:30 AM EST. Not the '38k at the bid (7)' you just quoted. Steady sideways drift, slight downward pressure on days we receive our quota of newly supplied shares. Could be warrants being exercised and flipped (some are priced in the 3.5 range, some in the 7.5 range), could be CC taking some profits, could be shorts trying to work it on low volume. Don't see any snowball panic selling, though, so it's just 'steady on,' and most shareholders awaiting news of PO, hopefully by the end of the month or so. Makes life interesting, though, watching the schizo low-volume tape!
