Case in point. Last year I was involved with a Co. (wont post their symbol) that did a 3 for 2 reverse. I owned 300k shares of this Co. after the reverse I owned 200k. Now before the reverse there was approx. 30 mil. shares outstanding. So after the reverse there was around 20 mil. shares outstanding. So the % I owned remained the same. So far so good, Right? About a month after the reverse I find out that the Co. immediately re-issued the 10 mil. shares that they just reversed. No they did not tell the shareholders of this either. As far as I can tell this is perfectly legal. And BTW, after the reverse the price spiked up and then slowly drifted right back down to pre-reverse levels. The Co. wins the shareholders lose.
I don't want any part of this kind of BS.
