Patrick,

Thanks for the post. I was planning on calling them when I read about the new acquisition to see how many shares it cost us for that company. Now I can hold off for a week. It usually shows up a week after the announcement. If the new company was purchased with shares, I sure hope they were with restricted shares and they don't show up in float.

Some of the shares that were sold were for the kiosks and some were for this..That is from a convo with J.N.

Remember weeks ago I said it could be a coffee maker? Well this is what it was....

If there is more to it I don't know..

The deal is done and employees are remaing..The news release is fairly complete in that sense...
