Sean gave a rather emphatic and unqualified "NO", so I can only assume he's tried it, but in general, there *IS* a Windows emulator which runs quite well under Linux. winehq.com, if you're interested in reading about it. At last count, well over 1000 windows apps run under it with varying success; Unreal, Quake 2, Kiplinger Tax Cut, Paint Shop Pro, Quicken 98 Deluxe, Tomb Raider and others.

Having said that, I have no idea whether or not QP2 would run under Wine under Linux. It might, but I'm almost positive that the virtual daemon would _not_, since it's doing funky-MS-filesystem things.
