I just talked to Jack Lovelock the head honcho. He said the machine received patent protection last fall. The web site is fasc.net They sold a machine to the DOD who seems pleased with it. The joint venture in Europe is 55/45 in Fasc's favor with FASC getting an exclusive for the rest of the world.

I bought a stock Fasc three times through Etrade. Each time I bought at .045 there was a trade of equal amount at .04. Should I figure the broker at Etrade was shorting every share I bought?
