The Press release of 1/4/99, announced 1999 Revenue Projections:

"In 1999 WINR estimates that from that from the signed software distributor contracts it currently has, along with the new contracts pending, this will generate licensing revenues in excess of $1-$1.5 million dollars. These contracts will also generate an estimated gross processing revenues of $8-$10 Million dollars."

This early estimate of from $9.0 to $11.5 million does not in my opinion include any of the revenue from the latest E-Commerce venture with iChargeit Inc. I am not sure whether the Lottery venture Revenue is included because of the statement" new contracts pending". Also any new additional Casino or Sports Books are all on top of these numbers. For sure the estimate for the year should certainly be greater than that released on 1/4/99.

I would assume that by April it would be possible to at the very least
update the 1/4/99 estimate of Revenues.
