Do you have any factual, confirmed expiration of the Intuit agreement? Yesterday you and Zuma were mentioning 180 days. Is this confirmed?

Benny --

Color me wrong, here, but wouldn't it be easier and more professional for Intut to sit down, shut up and just rake in TWENTY-PERCENT of an exploding new business...? <DUH>

Hey, the Gintel Fund owns a nice percentage of the company, too. You don't see Bob tryin' to usurp his own investment by presenting bills and Fedexing folks' payments out to their cable companies and babysitters, do ya? <ggg>

The conclusion of my short thesis:
Time to rename the company CounterINTUITive, in its mainstay product from "Quicken" to "Slooooower"...

Benny:

It's not so much CheckFree wanting to work directly with the portals, but the Portals wanting to work directly with CheckFree...

In the coming months, it will be clear..CheckFree does not need Intuit. The internet has changed everything.

I guess I'm not yet convinced that CKFR has developed their market position enough to say either of these is true.
