Do you have any factual, confirmed expiration of the Intuit agreement? Yesterday you and Zuma were mentioning 180 days. Is this confirmed?

Benny -- Color me wrong, here, but wouldn't it be easier and more professional for Intut to sit down, shut up and just rake in TWENTY-PERCENT of an exploding new business...? <DUH> Hey, the Gintel Fund owns a nice percentage of the company, too.
