90 minus 17 was 73 when I went to school, so that's 73 million in the float versus the 33 million you stated. I respect both you and Marty, but your numbers don't match at all.

OK, but it is still a BIG jump from 57 million outstanding to 90 million outstanding. Also, it is a big jump from below 40 million in the float to about 60 million ( if that is the correct number ) in the float. Sorry, to be skeptical, but I've been burned before by companies that keep issuing more and more stock and then reverse split.
