Nasdaq extends hearing date to March 11

The company does not know if the Nasdaq will reopen trading on Monday along with the Easdaq or not. (per Mark White email this afternoon)

I have heard that TRBD will have a press release to accompany the Easdaq resumption that the Easdaq has conferred it's blessing upon. If this release is what I hope it is, and the Nasdaq doesn't allow the U.S. exchange to trade, there are going to be some steaming mad shorts.

When I first heard of this I emailed Nasdaq Marketwatch. This was their reply:

>Thank you for your interest in The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc.
>
We will forward your comments and concerns to NASD Regulation's Market
>Regulation Dept, as well as Nasdaq's MarketWatch Department for their review.
>
>We have the ability to halt in conjunction with foreign markets, and that we

>no longer exists. This might mean that we will resume if the primary
>exchange releases the halt, or it may also mean that we continue the halt
>(even when the primary exchange resumes trading) if we believe that a basis
under the NASD's trading halt rule exists for keeping the halt in place.
>The latter situation may occur if news has not yet been fully distributed by

I don't think that's fair, and I told the Nasdaq that the two markets should be able to trade in tandem: reciprocal halt...reciprocal resumption.

This is going to be a verrry interesting next few trading days.
