1) yes expensive, but agree it could be a leading indicator..not sure if i would have paid such a premium...would rather be on the sell side...but a lot can happen in 22 months...sap still an unknown to most us traders /investors.

2)the symbols with the & are for split adjusted contracts...stay away for they can get a bit confusing...

3)selling puts conservative if you believe the underlying trend is up..sap been a range trade, and the near term 25 or 30 strikes can look good...no need to sell your stock...

4)leaps are introduced beginning in may for the next jan expiration...this may the 02's will be out...leaps have max life of 39 months..become normal options usually in last six months..

suggest you get harrison roth's book..."leaps"...easy reading, very understandable...good luck! ed a.
