Haim,
Averazges flat, down volume picking up as are decliners. TRIN is moving up gradually while tick has been trending down all day. TYX is flat, could go either way, but I think up to 5.75 is priced in.

Overall volume is moderate to light. Like the HWP inspired rally, it lacks substance. Seems like distribution.

edit: oh yeah, VIX.X is starting to move up from 28
edit2: AND webbroker can't produce an option quote. So timely.

The OTX (Nasdaq Most Actives) Index is in the red, indicating most of the big cap techs are down. The IBM/DELL deal is a zero-sum game. It's off about 4% from the day's high and down 1% from yesterday. More distribution.
