Actually, it is getting worse today not better. It wouldn't surprise me to see more decliners than advancers. It ain't looking good. Of course this will be the big story on CNBC today but it ain't pretty. It will take 35% of the total number of stocks making new highs AND new lows. Right now the ratio is 25%, with 25 stocks making new yearly highs and 75 making new lows. The high-low is calculated by dividing the highs by the highs + lows, or 25 by 100 in this case. We need 35 highs and 65 lows or a ratio in that proportion to get the upside reversal. It doesn't look good for today. I am going to have to take out the article I wrote for tomorrows report as I expected to see a reversal. Tom
