Let's try not to turn this bb into a Yahoo! bb, OK?

First the secondary has not "been set for $17 and change"...If you read the filing (on EDGAR), you'll se it states "a MAXIMUM of $17.41" (+ or - a few pennies, I can't remember).

And for the "unlimited BIG institutional buys..." taking place today, just look at the tape.

I agree that EGGS will rebound soon, if not only a technical bounce (very oversold here), however it will take the COVERAGE to get EGGS on a momentum upswing again. And, IMO, that should come after a successful SPO.

No doubt I'll be back in EGGS, just a matter of when...
