I have no idea right now, and will do some research tonite. I have always had an idea that HOPR just stopped " functioning " and played possum while keeping an ownership interest in CWRC. As a result, however, HOPR shares dropped well below a penny. I am not sure of any this and this is only conjecture on my part. I could be 100& wrong, if though, HOPR does still own @ 60 % of CWRC, I would conclude that this is the reason for the volume on HOPR. Again, I have no idea, just thinking out loud.
