"but obviously not in the inner circle."

Well, the inner circle meets the third Tuesday following the second Monday of every other month in a little cafe on the highway to Madison Wisconsin. There, we sit around and arbitrarily decide which companies we are going to mark up, and which we'll mark down. We have almost all of the publicly traded companies under our thumb, so it's no problem having them announce what we decide they should announce. Most CEO's recognize our absolute power over the market. The one's who don't don't want the pictures and tape recordings made public.

After a stressful session of deciding how to steal money from the pockets of honest investors, we enjoy the house specialty, a bowl of Cincinatti chili and a sandwich. Sometimes, we spring for the steak sandwiches, but mostly it's just baloney.
